Group Class : Pilates + Props
Mondays 4:30 PM (PST) PILATES + PROPS
This class is offered virtually via ZOOM.
This is a 60 minute Mat Class, utilizing Pilates props, such as the foam roller, small ball and bands. The props add balance, core challenge, resistance and creativity to the mat class workout . Additionally, they can be used for increasing mobility and releasing commonly tight areas in the body.
Currently, this class is offered virtually making group classes accessible, safe and easier than ever to attend. A recording can be sent to you, if you cannot make the scheduled class time.

Group Class : Core + Restore
Core + Restore is a 60 minute class, with an emphasis on exercises that create stability and strength in the core + trunk muscles, as well as the legs + hips. The strengthening exercises can help to alleviate pain, by activating our deeper musculature for support. The restorative exercises focus on releasing tension in areas that are commonly tight, optimizing range of motion. This balanced approach of exercises can help to create a sense of strength and ease in the body, helping us move and feel better.
