These classes is offered virtually via ZOOM.

Utilizing Pilates props, such as the foam roller, small ball and bands, adds balance, core challenge, extra resistance and creativity to the Pilates mat repertoire . Additionally, they are great tools for increasing mobility and massaging commonly tight areas of the body.
